How We Work (The Details)

By working with Black Unicorn Merchandising or using this website, you agree to the following terms:

Scope of Work: All services are outlined in individual contracts or proposals. Any services outside of the agreed scope will require a separate quote.
Payments: Deposits are required before work begins. Final files, tech packs, or production handoffs are delivered after full payment is received.
Revisions: Each design service includes one complimentary round of revisions unless otherwise noted. Additional changes will incur an extra fee.
Intellectual Property: Designs and materials created remain the property of Black Unicorn Merchandising until final payment is received. You are responsible for securing trademarks or copyrights for your brand.
Timelines: Project timelines depend on timely communication and feedback. Delays caused by the client may result in adjusted delivery dates.
Cancellations: If you cancel a project after work has begun, all completed work will be invoiced accordingly. Deposits are non-refundable.
Liability: We are not responsible for third-party delays, manufacturing errors, or losses caused by misuse of designs after handoff.
